Matt Bruno was fantastic to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. During the search phase, he was extremely responsive, provided listings whenever I requested them, and offered great suggestions without ever being pushy or overbearing. I always felt comfortable and supported.When it came time to bid and negotiate, Matt consistently listened to my priorities and respected my decisions. He provided clear, honest guidance about what was typical or standard in the process, but never tried to steer me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. I had been told that buying a home is stressful and that realtors often put their own interests first, but Matt completely disproved that. He was professional, trustworthy, and clearly focused on my best interests. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

The buyer for our property wanted a lot of give me's and Matt helped us negotiate with them. Can't understand why buyer expected new appliances at a used condo price. I still feel they got more than I would have liked to give, but in view of timing we settled with them. Matt was absolutely fantastic!! I was moving from another state, and Matt made it much easier than I expected. There were a lot of differences between my state and Nevada, and he took the time to explain everything to me. Every time I had a question, he picked right up and answered or got the answer.
